Purpose of Use: To improve the quality of the App and investigate the cause of problems.

3. Provision of Information to Third Parties

The App uses the following third-party services for service provision and advertisement delivery, and customer information may be sent to each company accordingly. Please also check the privacy policy of each company.

- Compliance for users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK

We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to obtain consent for ad display based on laws and regulations.

4. Data Security

The Developer prioritizes protecting the important records filled with the customer's "Love". The record information entered by the customer and attached media files (photos, videos, audio) are encrypted within the customer's device. This makes it difficult for third parties to read the recorded content even if the device is accessed illegally.

5. Changes to Privacy Policy

This policy may be revised due to amendments to laws and regulations or changes in service content. If there are important changes, we will notify you in an easy-to-understand manner, such as notification within the App.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

7. Data Deletion

Since this App stores data only on your device, simply uninstalling the App will permanently delete all your user data and records.

8. For California Residents (CCPA)

We do not sell your personal information. Under the CCPA, you have the right to request access to and deletion of your personal data. As all data is stored locally on your device, you may exercise your deletion right by uninstalling the App.
